What we collect, in plain language

The agent exists to book appointments. It collects only what that takes, and nothing that would put your practice or your patients at risk.

What the agent collects

The minimum needed to book a visit: the caller’s name, phone number, the reason for the visit, and a preferred time. That information is sent to your practice so your team can confirm the appointment.

What it never asks for

It does not ask for or store health histories, clinical details, insurance numbers, or payment information. Those categories are out of scope by design — the agent cannot discuss them, so it never needs to record them.

How long we keep it

Booking details are retained only as long as needed to deliver and confirm the appointment, then removed on request. You can ask us to delete any record at any time.
